1. Notice of Copyright Infringement
FanProfileHub respects the intellectual property rights of others. We operate as a search directory listing public creator meta-information and do not host copyrighted creator subscription files, photos, or video media on our servers.
If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent thereof and believe that any listing or placeholder content on our Website infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) for details).
2. Required DMCA Notice Elements
To be effective, your infringement claim must contain:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g. the specific creator listing URL).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
3. Contacting Our Designated Copyright Agent
Notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent via email to:
[email protected]
Alternatively, you can expedite removals by submitting a detailed report directly through our Report Listing tool.
4. Processing & Takedown Timeline
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA or copyright notice, FanProfileHub will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the contested profile listings. Our standard review and removal timeline is within 12–24 hours.
5. Creator Removal Requests
If you are a creator indexed in our search database and wish to opt out or have your listing deleted, you do not need to file a formal DMCA claim. Simply submit a removal request via the Report Listingpage, selecting the “Unauthorized listing” option. We will permanently delete your index card from our search query list.
